Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract to use SpryUI. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for illegal, abusive, or harmful activities.
- Do not send spam or unsolicited messages through SpryUI.
- Do not attempt to disrupt or compromise the service.
Service availability
The service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
Payments and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard, and your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period.
Limitations of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SpryUI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
